More Confusion on the New York City Ballot

Beside placing the critical Term Limits question on the BACK of the ballot, the Board of Elections made another mistake in ballot design -- on the front of the ballot. In actuality, voters need to fill out the ovals BELOW a candidate's name. But the ballot instructions mistakenly say to fill out the oval above the candidate's name. Catch the video here.

New Yorkers for Term Limits launches 'Flip The Ballot' Campaign

We feel that the New York's new ballot may confuse voters. As stated, voters must TURN OVER their paper voting ballots in order to vote on Term Limits. To make this process more clear, we are launching a public information campaign spelling out the process. The basic message is as follows -- On November 2, New Yorkers should:

  1. Turn over the ballot.
  2. Vote YES on Question #1.
